Introduction 

 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of vacation packages ("Vacation Packages") by Amicus Travel ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the customer ("Client," "you," or "your"). By purchasing a Vacation Package from Amicus Travel, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully before booking. 

Booking and Payment 

Reservation: To book a Vacation Package, a reservation must be made through our official booking system. 

Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. 

Booking Confirmation: After receiving full payment, we will provide you with a booking confirmation and detailed itinerary. Please ensure all details are correct. 

No Refund Policy 

No Refunds: All Vacation Packages sold by Amicus Travel are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and paid, there will be no refunds, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change in circumstances. 

Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your booking, the payment made will be forfeited. We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance for any unforeseen events that may prevent you from traveling. 

Travel Insurance 

Provision of Insurance: Amicus Travel is a licensed travel insurance agent. We offer comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking for your convenience. Travel insurance can provide coverage for a variety of circumstances, including trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other potential disruptions.  

Responsibility for Insurance: While Amicus Travel provides travel insurance options, you are ultimately responsible for selecting and purchasing appropriate coverage for your needs. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance policy meets your specific requirements. 

Travel Documentation and Requirements 

Passport and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas required for travel to your destination.  

Vaccinations and Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all health and vaccination requirements for your trip. 

Travel Restrictions: You are responsible for checking and complying with any travel restrictions that may be in place due to health concerns, government regulations, or other circumstances. 

Changes to Itinerary 

Changes by Amicus Travel: While we strive to provide the itinerary as booked, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (such as changes in travel restrictions, weather, or other force majeure events).  

Changes by Client: Any changes requested by you to the itinerary, such as date changes, accommodations, or transportation, may be subject to availability and additional fees. 

No Guarantee of Refund: Any changes made to the itinerary do not guarantee any refunds or compensation. 

Force Majeure 

Definition: Neither Amicus Travel nor the Client shall be liable for failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, strikes, health crises, government regulations, or other force majeure events.  

Impact on Travel: In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you of any necessary changes to your Vacation Package. However, as mentioned in Section 3, no refunds will be provided. 

Liability 

Amicus Travel's Liability: Amicus Travel is responsible for arranging travel packages, accommodations, and services as described in the booking confirmation. However, we do not accept liability for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other entities involved in your travel. 

Client's Responsibility: You agree to follow all rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the service providers during your trip. You assume full responsibility for your actions during the trip. 

Dispute Resolution  

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amicus Travel is located, specifically Clark County, Nevada. 

Arbitration: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. 

Venue Selection 

The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. By purchasing a Vacation Package from Amicus Travel, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of any legal action. 

Modifications to Terms 

 Amicus Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.
